Sten Baadsgaard (b. 1963) is the tool-guy at Archauz. Sten takes care of home improvements, small repair-jobs and is present in the technical preparations of the Archauz performances.

Sten has a degree in fine arts from the Arts academy in Krakow (1987). He had his first experiences as a stage technician from Exment (1989) which later became Dance Theatre TinBox (1993). He was in charge of graphic designs, modelling, lights, sounds and scenography.

Sten worked for Gran Teater for Dans from 2000 untill 2007.
